Environment
Bell peppers like hot weather. They are easily damaged from any cold weather and frost is fatal. The temperature in the environment should be between 70-90 degrees Fahrenheit. If it gets below that your plants will not bloom and produce the peppers.
Watering
Keep bell pepper plants well watered---especially when they are beginning to blossom. Conditions that are too dry will cause the young plants to go into stress, wither and die. When you plant starts to blossom it need about one and a half inches more of water.
Where are they grown?
Bell peppers can be grown anywhere that is warm, gets watered often and has space. The grow in countries from SOuth America to Brazil.
